This may be an old trick some HTers are already using.

I found this tool on BLM's GIS webpage:

Generate KML (lands/BLM_Natl_SMA_Cached_with_PriUnk)

You can use it create find BLM (or any agency) land on GoogleEarth. I then mark them as polygon .KML files and save them to my computer.
Next I go to OnX hunts web and import them to My Content. They automatically migrate to my phone app.
The really cool thing is the My Content is not tied to your subscription, so you can mark public lands in states you do not have a subscription for.
I have not tried this on the goHunt 3D beta yet.
