Disabled NV Cow Elk Hunt

Hello my name is Josh and I was lucky enough to draw a cow elk tag here in NV. My tag is in GMU 061 and 071. I was curious if anyone is really familiar with these units. I hunted there back in 2012 but only for 3 days and my hunting partner at the time wouldn't move around the units to explore at all. I have never shot an elk and it's my dream to finally get one. My only problem is, that I'm disabled and can't go on long hike unfortunately. Can anyone give me suggestions on how to fill my tag? The last time I was there was the first time I'd ever heard a Bull Elk bugle and I decided to try calling. I called a satellite bull in to about 20 yards away ( which I thought was impressive seeing as how four of us were just standing out in the wide open acting like trees)! The only problem with that is I had a cow tag at the time. Would it be productive to try and call in a cow, or is spot and stalk the only way? Please any help would be greatly appreciated!!
