Before heading out for deer, my pard and I caught the last day and a half of sage grouse season. About the only bird I've had more fun chasing than sage grouse are prairie chickens. I love hunting these things.
Once we were done chasing big game, we spend an afternoon chasing pheasants. Still lots of crops out, but we did run into a couple of roosters and a covey of huns! Good fun, except for falling into the canal! :BLEEP:
