Deer Spaghetti with Fried Wild Pig Meatballs

Spaghetti is well spaghetti. Almost can’t screw it up and make it how you like it. The winner of this meal are the meat balls.

Ground wild pig meat, which overall was more lean from the pigs it came from. Meat was mixed with Cajun seasoning, diced jalapeños, minced garlic, and Italian bread crumbs to make the meat ball. Then battered and fried. These things are so good! Either plain or with sauce they’re delicious. Could be used as an appetizer or with a little sauce for a poboy. Won’t be the last time I cook these meatballs.
