One would think that somewhere there is someone with the brains to figure out an oral vaccine or cure that could be dropped into infected areas in food pellets or something. Maybe I just think to simple.

You would think so. It is going to take a significant amount of research dollars and time to work it out. Then what do you do? There is a whole lot of ground to cover.
