Hey everyone. I’ve got a few buddies that I am trying to help out in regards to a cow elk hunt in MT. I see region 5 has some left over cow tags that are only valid on private land. I have them hooked up with onx and showed them how to read/use the Block Management online tool. I have showed them a few areas that I have hunted before where they should see some elk, although they will likely be on a private sanctuary, but at least they will see some...lol. Just curious if any of you locals know of any possible trespass type hunts? I have a few areas in mind that I would be happy to pm some people about, but I wanted to be respectful of throwing out zones/roads/etc. To further clarify this would be a rifle hunt. Two of them are in their early 70’s and one of them is mid-50’s. They are just looking for an adventure. Any help would be appreciated.
