So what is everyones favorite way to cook this grouse ? I have one being mounted and 2 skinned whole.
 
I want to get more creative, but the old standby is to lightly pound the breasts, light coat of flour and your choice of spices, and quickly pan fry them. I'll do the legs/ thighs the same way. Made a wild mushroom gravy last time and it went well with the grouse and spaetzle.
