Colorado youth hunting license question

Wanting to start building points for my son, he will be 12 this year. What do I choose for identification type? Am I missing something? He obviously doesn't have a driver license, and I don't see a section for social security #?

If you are trying to create an account now, I believe that the social security number goes into "Certificate of U.S. Citizenship". If that doesn't work then contact CPW, expect to wait awhile unless you call early. They will be busy with applications due soon.

There is also a selection that uses a parents drivers license.
