CO Preference Points

I'm in the process of making my Colorado applications online, and while checking my preference point totals, it doesnt show that I exist at all. CID, Name, DOB, zip code, nothing. They were just there a month ago when I was looking. Anyone ever have this issue before and have any advice or experiences to share? Thanks

You should call parks and wildlife ,they will help find you.
My pref points was not showing up and I called and they found them.
