Cali. has gone to an "on-line" app process, but you must show up in person the first time with an I.D.
You don't need an I.D. to vote, collect welfare or go to collage, but you need to prove who you are to buy a hunting license.

I'm too smart for that, I applied for the one NR sheep tag.
Pretty stupid I know.

I donated my fees again this year. Someone has to get drawn for Grizzly Island Bull. My son is in his second year of big game apps, and we put him in for Ft. Hunter Liggett bull. Both of us for antelope but only got points this year for sheep. Also put him in for one of the jr. deer hunts.
