Sort of like elk hunting in general where 10% of elk hunters kill 90% of the elk. I think about 10% of the bowhunters are prepared enough to actually be bowhunting. Not the other 90% shouldn't be allowed to bowhunt. I just wish they'd prepare a lot better both practicing shooting and being able to recognize a shot that shouldn't be taken when it presents itself.
