Randy, any reason why a guy couldn't run his taxidermy expenses through his business as office decor?

Go for it. Be sure The items are on display at your office. Helps if the business is profitable most years so is minimal risk being declared a hobby. Depending on your business, certain trips are deductible so keep that in mind as are viewing maps. Depending on your investments, certain trips are deductible. Is not unreasonable you have to go inspect that duplex in Montana then the one in Wyoming then the one in Colorado...
