I have a friend wanting to find a Big Cat Outfitter Can anyone make a suggestion

If he's got the dough Alberta is the only way to go. If not i'm sure you can find a decent outfitter in Montana, Idaho, Wyoming etc. It's all weather dependent, doesn't matter how good the guy is if there's shit conditions it'll be tough no matter what.
