I sent my beretta a400 extreme off to beretta in late September or early October.it was still under warranty, and they wouldn’t fix it free because they said it was my fault that it messed up,so I gave them my credit card info to pay for it .

Now it is February and I still don’t have my gun back, and I can’t get ahold of them anymore. Does anyone have any idea how long it takes,or how to contact them?

I finally got my beretta back from getting repaired after 7-8 months

Had a similar issue with a Beretta that kept splitting the wood forearm. First trip to Beretta they tried to tell me I was tightening the magazine cap too tight and splitting the wood. The next trip they blamed it on shooting 3" magnum loads - albeit what the gun was designed for. Only an experience of one, but it sure soured me. I finally found a synthetic forearm and haven't had an issue since.

The last several times I called, they were more helpful. Maybe they got some new help.
