I have a friend who'should uncle recently passed and they believe he shot a record black bear in Canada with a bow many years ago. I was hoping if any of you with access to the records B&C and or P&Y could take a look. His name was Gerald Cavaliere (might be under Jerry).

B&C has no records with this name. You could submit it with your uncle as the hunter, and you as the new owner if you have the skull still.

This isn't for me, it's a friend who is trying to find some information for her father who's brother has passed.

You could see if he registered it with P&Y, I don't have access that way. Still they could get an OM to score it and still submit it. There is not expiration there.
