wife took these off the video camera. closest bear we had the whole time. hell, only saw 3 in 8 days. trying to figure out how to make the videos smaller from the new disc camera. right now, too big for youtube. thinking this was one of the cubs I saw last year as it had brown in its coat as well as the black.

Cool pics. We don't have a spring season down here, so I have to wait until August 15th...
IDHunters, yep, idaho bear. saw this guy the last day we were there. only saw 3 the whole time. the snow line was still low when we were there. was around 4-5 miles away from camp. about 4-5000 feet? camp was at 2700. actually, the camp still had a strip as long as the big cabin and 1-2 feet high in front of it. good place to keep the beer cold.

KimLee, that sucks. and whats with this "down here" stuff? thought you and stink lived "up" there? hahaha might be going back in sept after the offer the outfitter made us. truly a trip that goes into the "murphys law" hunt.
