Pic of my Wisconsin black bear hunt I shot a few weeks ago. On public land and 8 solid days of hunting with only a few sightings of bears that were either not as big as I wanted or didn't present a decent shot. The evening of the 8th day this boar presented a broadside shot. He also has the beautiful white V on his chest. 8 years of applying and 8 days of hunting finally paid off. The meat off of him is excelent tablefare, Bear hamburgers are my favorite. 100% ground bear meat, no beef fat added. Steaks are good too!
