I had left my house at 2 am for a road trip and not 20 minutes down the road when their song about the brand new chevy with a lift kit came on. I laughed out loud at how ridiculous the song was and figured they would fade into obscurity in no time. That was the year I stopped listening to “country” stations. Come to think of it, that’s about the time the hunting culture started to head in the same direction.
