I understand a MSU researcher who studies CWD has come up with some bad results recently. His monkeys that have been infected with CWD for 3 years are positive for CWD. This would mean that there is also a very good chance that humans can also contract CWD. I believe this researcher is studying CWD transmission through the tongue. If I hear more, I'll pass it on.
