Everyone wants more speed from their bow but in my experience a slightly stiffer spine and heavier arrow than required has always tuned a little easier and been quieter in my bows... not to mention the safety and functionality side of things. If your planning to add point weight or shoot 125 gr broadheads a 300 spine from a 70lb bow is worth considering.
