If anyone is interested in getting in on an ARK lease let me know.
Five miles from St Charles. Whole block that includes a small reservoir for resting and three flooded fields- rice, soybeans and corn. Landowner says 1900 waterfowl were killed in the block last year and I believe it.Regular daily rate is $175 for 1/2 day if you just wish to come hunt. Lessees can bring guests for $150.
May be able to get you in for under $2500 with unlimited hunting....no guests, lodging and food on your own.
Exprees interest here and I will post my phone number to give other details....me and Ark buddy have lusted for this block for years! There are two pits and we will probably drag in two other blinds. Two locations occupied by hunters at one time are desireable.
