Arizona NR Group App

Question when group applying in Arizona. Lets assume there is only 2 non resident tags allotted for a particular unit but there is four of us applying. I understand that we are one application but would our application be thrown out since we have more hunters that tags allotted? We are getting ready to apply just want to make sure we do not waste our 1st or 2nd choice on a unit that doesn't have enough tags for the four of us.
