Are beef cattle wildlife in Utah?

I have two questions.

1. Will he get more severe penalties for daring to threaten the darlings of the American Farm Bureau?
2. Are cows the jurisdiction of Utah DNR?

If unbranded cattle were fair game on public lands, we could get back some of what the Bundy's have been stealing from us for decades.

This seems pretty straight forward. Are you just trying to stir the pot?

1) I don’t think it has anything to do with being “darlings of the American Farm Bureau.”

2) No idea but based on the article it sure seems like it.

Do you see a bunch of unbranded cattle these days? I can’t recall ever seeing one on public land personally.

That is poor country to graze cattle in. I wouldn't bother with one if it was free.
