ANY ONE KNOW WHERE HOLTER LAKE IS ??

It's a lake on the MIssouri river in montana.It's close to Helena and Great Falls, two of are larger citys. Any way went there wednesday, what a maylay!!!!! The trout are trying to spon now, there were fisherman till hell would hat it. They setup an the boat ramp and wont move.They expect us , boaters to back arond them!!!! We dont have any regulations to stop this but we need some.... Thanks for letting me vent some(I'd hat to have shoot some one)

I grew up with this kind of turmoil in Washington, I am really glad to not be around that kind of silliness any more...
The funny thing is after a couple weekends go by, the lakes will calm down and there just isn't the pressure of that first day or two...
