1990s Mulchatna Herd caribou hunt was a magical tie, might never see bou numbers like that in our lifetime! I missed that period, didn't start going back to AK to hunt until 2002 - but it's still a magical place, and it still reminds me how small and insignificant I am when the plane drops us off.
