Alaska black bear

I'm just starting my planning process for an Alaska black bear hunt. I've been to Alaska several times but this is my first time looking at south east alaska for a bear hunt. I'm wanting to do a self guided trip but will need a boat. Can anyone recommend some good general locations and rental companies to look at.

Calder Mountain Lodge in Point Baker. I’ve been twice with them. Super nice accommodations. Great food. Awesome rental boats. Loads of rockfish to catch in your spare time. And the bear hunting beats all the above.
