Bleu cheese, garlic mixed into burger tonight. Hot sauce. I like Gruyère too, but bleu goes so well with meat and hat sauce.

Hat sauce? That's got a horrible funk to it after a long summer, and especially if it's from a leather hat. No wonder you like the funky cheeses.

I was wondering if hat sauce was somewhat similar to head cheese. I bet that they’d go well together. I’m sure that they would give a man a special ability to clear a room

I found a specialty Hat Sauce once from hard hat liners, especially funky.

And blue cheese is disgusting, no matter what you put it on.
