Well i hope i get to make my trip to Texas to be with my son and my question is what grain ammo to use. We will probably take deer and wild pig in the cultivating period so do i use the same ammo for both and what grain is the best. Trip will be in early 2010 around march so hope i get to make it.

You'll be fine using the same grain for both. What caliber?

I wouldn't hesitate using 150 to 180's...ballistic tip, bonded, or copper. Whatever you're presently using should be adequate.
