Lot's of different ways to practice shooting, but found this "regime" interesting - I may give it a try this spring (minus the group size ammo selection and the barricades).

After growing up around the thrifty “5 shots a year” I’ve been a big proponent of getting to know your rifle. I think this is a great exercise in that. I try to break up hunt rifle drills with a .22lr. After the cold bore shots to start the range session, it’s nice to shoot a few groups with the .22 to center yourself and then more in between groups of hunting rifle.
