I started doing that in about 1967. The .22 rf can be taken up to a 6mm bullet if you keep the weight to 80grs or so. It is an interesting exercise but time consuming.
 
I should add that fouling might be a bit worse and the solvents that we use are not quite so good at removing it as they are at removing gilding metal ( what is used on normal bullets). Also they do not seem to hold up at velocities over about 3750fps.
If a guy were going to try doing this, believe me, buy a hydraulic press. while it can be done on an average press your arms will thank you.
I should also note that conventional wisdom is that open or 'C' type presses flex too much to make cocentric bullets.
