I was a bit shocked when I read your post. After going to your link, and looking at each incident, it looks like the last update on each of those incidents was last October. Am I reading that correctly, and they didn't reset them after the last fire season?

Right now there are several active prescription burns and one wildfire.
The Ledges - Human caused.

Make sure you have "Current Fire incidents" checked on the right side.



It looks to me that when the season winds down, they just stop doing updates. Hence the old hot spots.

Turn off "Active Fire Report" and those old incidents will go away. Then you see just the Current wildfire and Prescription Burn.

Lots of fires already in Alberta. Big dome of hot air building in the NW and Canada will dry us out in a hurry.
