First step would be for said FWP employee to speak with a warden.
If the scuttlebutt is true there should be actionable repercussions for the law being broken.
Hearsay isn’t going to prove whether it is or isn’t true without an investigation. An investigation probably isn’t going to happen without any type of evidence.
