Congrats!

Out of curiosity, how does the kitchenaid grinder attachment work for you? I have a hand grinder and was thinking of getting that attachment instead of buying a more expensive grinder.

Works great, but I usually grind 10-15 pounds of meat at a time. For me, it's not easy to do much more than that (logistically), but if I did, I'd get a bigger grinder.
