I have a Cabela's 1HP meat grinder for sale-400$ (They are on sale right now for 500$ new) copied from cabela's website,"With 10-12 pounds-per-minute processing capacity, your processing time will be substantially reduced with the 1hp Grinder. It has a two-direction forward and reverse switch, as well as a durable stainless steel No. 22 neck with 15-3/4" x 10-1/4" x 2-1/2" tray. Weight: 58 lbs."

I have had this just over 5 years and i would say i have used it on about 12 animals. The Grinder itself is like new, i have had to run the plates and blade over some sand paper to get flat again and cut a little better. I have used the grinder to make brats, snack sticks, summer sausage and it did a nice job.
