I don't recall...was he ever convicted of being a child rapist or do both of you just know from first hand (a**) experience? You must be good christians...you know how to cast a good stone!
He was very talented and had a really screwed up life. Can't say for sure if he did anything wrong...now that's between him and his maker.
I do know he revolutionized the music and dance industry. He definitely was one talented individual.

It did cost him over $20 million on one occasion, but he didn't do anything.
SS- You don't think there may have been the possibility of extortion going on in that case...as well as the secondl court case. Seems odd the same lawyer for both civil cases. I guess when you see deep pockets...you need to get in on that action. Even in the first case over 200 witnesses and none could corraborate the indictment. But it's easier to settle than to take it to court...and deal with a jury. Defense lawyers know this...so does the prosecution. MJ wanted to fight the first case also but his lawyers told him to settle quickly so he wouldn't be dragged through the media coals as well as health concerns at the time.
All that said, he still put himself into a questionable situation that created doubt as to his intentions. He may very well have done everything that both of the kids said. Of course, I blame the parents in both cases too. The kids should have been taken from the parents for putting them into that situation.

The police had a lot of suspicion, and evidence and testimony to stick out their necks and go after a person that so many think was the greatest. It was not just the slimey attorney.
The hidden hallways and one way viewing mirrors in his house so he could "watch the children play" ( i bet he was spanking his monkey then) and the admission of having sleep overs, and sleeping with kids in his bed is enough to want to make me bitch slap what was left of his nose off. The man was sick, he liked little boys.

Shades of Elvis!!!!! There are reports that MJ was addicted to prescription painkillers Oxycontin and Demerol. But the complete toxicology report won't be in for six weeks. And his personal doctor has dozens of malpractice judgements against him.

schmalts - I think Matt already addressed this.
The "humorous" thing to me is all the black entertainers touting MJ's blackness, when he did everything he could to become white... ironic and humorous.
I feel sorry for all concerned, including MJ, and I hope he really did do nothing to scar those children.
