The sweet spot is the 162 and 168 grns. I hear all the time 2209 is the go to.

All of the powder and bullet manufacturers have written and online data.

I have a nosler and lyman manual, not sure what year but there are plenty of loads in both depending on the weight of the bullet. Also depends on the twist of your rifle.
