10x vs. 12x binos

I switched to 12x50 this year. I haven’t had issues with an unsteady picture. I find that I can see a lot more detai which is important as I’m noticing my eyes aren’t as sharp as they used to be. But it really comes down to personal preference. My hunting buddies are a mix of 10x42, 10x50 and 12x50. Everyone found something that works for them.
