Antelope populations in northwest Nevada are not doing well, including the Sheldon. I would expect tag cuts soon, hopefully.

That sounds like our experience in SE OR. Hot, dry lots of open space, not a not of antelope. Congrats on your hunt.

It was a hot and dry hunt but a lot of fun. After a lot of hiking we actually saw quite a few antelope and a lot of fawns which was promising for the future. My kids had a blast which was most important to me. They are hooked and out hiked their Dad for sure

decades ago when I threw my name in for NV, that unit was apparently the cream of the crop in NV. How many years does it take to draw that? If I remember right, it was like miniscule low odds of drawing, even back then.

Just looked out of curiosity. HF says 5.6 % with max (24) points.
