Deer rifles for young hunters
I vote for the 6MM Dasher. It is the baby brother to the 243 but with 55% less recoil. I'm pushing a 107 SMK at 2880 FPS. Holding a .038 group at 200 yds. Only bad thing is you have to reload for it. -

Coyote Eats Deer Before Hunter Gets To It
I have seen this several times! We had a hunter on our lease drop a beautiful 12 point and did not retrieve it until the next morning. Well needless to say the yotes had a feast. -

I built a 224 Valkyrie and use RL 17. I shoot a 90 SMH or Berger on top of it in a 24 inch 1-6.5 barrel. Good Yote medicine!- Rhino55

Looking Remington 700 Short Action
I have a nasty hobby! I build rifles for fun. I've been hoarding Remington actions since I heard they were filing bankruptcy. I own a lathe and mill so I also blue print them too. Install a side bolt release and install a one piece bolt from PT&G. Let me know if you still want one. -
