Nobody think of Billings? 2 largest hospitals in the state there, and many smaller towns in all directions if you don't mind a short commute. No mountains really close but you can get to them in an hour (Red Lodge)
There is too much public land to have to resort to hiring an outfitter, a little E scouting and some info from a few locals can get you in a good area and save you a ton of $$$
I drive past Cabelas everyday, and will drive through rush hour traffic to the other side of Billings to shop at Scheels. We lost our SW many years ago, Cabelas here is a joke so I will just continue to be a Scheels loyalist, and shop at Shiptons when I can't find at Scheels
Complete and total BS, I will never understand why people act like that. It would be different if it was just a personal problem between 2 individuals that had issues, but even then there is no call for getting race involved. Angers me to no end and makes me want to go hunt with him and my long...

Are they still playing that game? I haven't watched in 3 years and especially won't this year...nor any of the other professional kneelers, I mean sports.
I drew a limited permit for mulies and may have issues with hunting buddies that signed up backing out due to the covid, would definitely be interested in an extra set of eyes and for sure an extra back for packing. Looking at taking the week between 11/7 and 11/15 off to hunt, and possibly be a...
That looks awesome, beautiful country. Bet it was fun and Thanks for sharing, probably the closest I'll ever get to a sheep hunt
oh and just gotta ask... was that bear sleeping and getting ready to be rudely awakened by a shower of rocks???
Don't think I could be that brave if he was only...
I had that tag in 2018, always heard people seeing big bulls in the Forest Service but after archery season I never went back in there.
I ended up shooting my bull (340") out in the sage flats and he was with 6 other smaller bulls. The public/private boundary game did come into
play and I had to...
