    Mohave Green Rattler in Wyoming?

Looks like a Mojave Green to me as well...I used to live in the Antelope Valley in California (the mojave green capital of the world). They are indeed the nastiest rattlers out there.

    Utah OTC elk

I have hunted both north and south slopes of the uintas (any bull units). They are tough to hunt because the areas are huge, but they also get a ton of pressure, especially during rifle season. I can't speak to utah spike only units. Hopefully others can chime in.

In another spot I glassed about seven cows, and three decent bulls. My last area I spotted a lone bull. All three areas were empty when I got back there...

    Early season elk patterns?

Hi everyone, this is my first post on this forum, as well as my first bow season. I have spent quite a few days scouting the Uintas prior to the Utah season opener (8/17) and was excited to spot elk in several locations in the weeks preceding. I knew exactly where I should go to find them when i...

I tagged out my first elk last year which was incredible. This year is my first bow season and I realize I am...
