FYI I know a man that has a wild game processing facility in OK. He used the big Cabelas commercial dehydrator to do jerky. One day it went out so he went to Cabelas to get another. Problem around here is, there are so many options in multiple different directions. We have tons of oil and gas roads to deal with. Getting close to opening morning I can't decide sometimes which direction I want to go! -
