    CO Bear Success

    My buddy had an Archery Elk Tag and I had a Bear tag for CO. Elk activity was slow, warm temps and a full moon opening week. We saw 4 cows while driving one day. Heard prob a dozen bugles. We saw tons of bears. I took this one on Thursday morning. Game Warden estimated 8 years old.

    Yes FHAFA, They delayed the 50 BPS penalty until December 1st. That means we'll see it show up on pricing October 1st. If you're thinking about refi'ing, I'd do it in the next week or two and make sure your rate is locked prior to October 1st.

They put a 50 BPS penalty on all refi's earlier this week... not .5%.... 50 BPS... which is $500 per $100,000 loan.... about an 1/8 of a percent for a 200-350k house... so instead of 2.750 now you're paying 2.875.     ha I feel ya man the only place I've ever been able to catch fish consistently on the fly is Alaska. These lower 48 trout are smart little boogers. Hopefully find some uneducated ones on Turks but doubtful.

    Yes staying in Provo on Grace Bay... Getting dropped off on a cay would be awesome. I'll see if I can find someone online to do that, if not I'll ask around when there. Guides are like $1000 which is crazy talk IMO.

    Who's got any advice for DIY bonefishing in Turks & Caicos. Took advantage of the Covid hotel/flight sales and Just booked a trip for late October. Got a few beaches/flats I've found online to check out. Really just want to spend a few hours every morning fishing.
