Time to retire the Buck 110

I use the outdoor edge with replaceable blades. I like it is a stiffer blade than the havalon. works great for gutting and skinning. I also carry a fixed blade buck knife for boning. I always wear a filet glove on my non blade hand with a rubber glove over it.

    Public Land Trail Cam Etiquette

I understand that a lot of trail cameras get left out way too long and i dont think they need to be on public land in the first place. But to mess with someones personally property no matter what it is seems wrong to me even if no ill intent was ment.

Work Sharp Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener

These are idiot proof " For the most part" Pretty simple to run. I like a wetstone for my kitchen knives but that is what i was taught on at the restaurant i was a chef at. They take some decent practice to get the hang of it and to keep you angle consistent.

    Kitchenaid Stand Mixer maintenance

I have 2 stand mixers. I normally use my 6qt kitchen aid the most just becasue it is smaller than my 7qt viking. But i use mine all the time. From the million cheesecakes i make, to pasta, cookies, bread. They are the best for shredding meat. I use the juicer a lot to make various sauces...
