    The third week is the very best, you may see some rut activity. it is legal to camp, there is some rule about hunting access utilizing the stream access law, it is very shallow also in nov... shoot a big one.

    Ya thats what i figured but all landowners across the state feel the same but only these 4 disricts have a 3 week season and 90% don't let any one hunt anyway, uless block management pays for it. so it looks like those districts have great landowner...

    I hear that last year 2012 they killed only 10 deer all small, the new accesss to the east gets you closer to the river. happy hunting
