I think reigns on the bureaucratic spending are good. Revenue can still increase based on population and C.O.L. increases under TABOR. Do you live in CO Indoorsman? -

Should rifle elk be limited?
OK guys, how do you feel about rifle being limited on public, but OTC unlimited on private in the NW Winter kill area? Land in these DAU's is 41% and 50% private respectively. I would venture to say that the majority of bulls killed in 2nd and 3rd in most of these units are killed on private. -

I’m more of a deer hunter than an elk hunter, but I’ve caught up to a few good bulls on public land in Colorado in the last few years.
