This is a HS Precision Sporter stock in the Sand color. It has the aluminum bedding block. The stock comes off of a 300 Win Mag. It's in excellent condition as I can't find a mark on it. weight is 35.8 oz. ( Just under 2 lbs 4 oz) They upgraded it and added a Sims Limbsaver recoil pad...- Excaliber

I like the mountain pants the best for early archery and mid year hunts with a base layer under them. The Ascent pants are good for the real warm early hunts but the material is not as durable as the mountain pants. Check Ebay and other sites as you can get the Mountain Pants for around 120.00... -

I also talked to a couple people today and they said it could be one of a few things that happened. 1) the max point pool in this particular unit they applied for had Non Res. tags left over after the max point draw that there was still a tag or tags available to be drawn in the 80% portion... -

AZ402, Are these guys who drew tags in 8,9 and 10 residents because I have heard from several people in AZ. that if you do not possess max points as a non resident you will not draw these Elk tags. These people purchace the points draw sheet form AZ. F&G and that's what they have told me... -

The way the point system is now Non Residents have absolutely zero chance of drawing a tag north of the ditch for Deer or an Elk tag in units 1,3AC, 3B,27,8,9,10 plus some of the other units without having max points. Arizona basically turned thier bonus point system into a preference point... -

I'd say that Wolves will and do return to finish off some of these animals but there is no doubt they also find many Elk like this that were old and Wolves did not return promptly at all to feed on them. Some of these kills look pretty fresh but I've seen more than enough uneaten Elk to know... -

I don't think anyones going to get to hunt any Wolves soon. I'm sure there will be a Judge in the 10th circuit who's going to rule a two state delisting is illegal. I'd be willing to bet that even if Wyoming had an approved plan a Judge would rule against delisting and order an injuction to... -
