    Personally, I'm fine with that. NR have to by a license to apply. If Idaho ever changes the system to refund the NR license fee when unsuccessful in the draws they should consider changing it to a similar process to the R. I don't see that happening though $$.

    On weekends I've learned not to ask my wife if she wants to do anything. Instead I let her ask the question.
