That's pretty sweet. I hunted mule deer on a ranch near Roswell a couple years ago that had a lot of aoudad as well. I've been dying to hunt them since then.

I've called them in before, but I just don't enjoy it as much as playing "sniper". I usually wear jeans and a shirt when hunting. We're required to wear blaze orange during deer season, so it doesn't make much sense to me to wear some fancy...
There's lots of farmers in Oklahoma begging for people to come shoot the hogs on their land. But they want $300 per shooter and you can only kill one. I think that's the way it is in most states.

They do offer swan only hunts in December and, I think, January. I was just lucky and got one early. Its the earliest in the season anyone hunting with him has ever got one.
I do plan on going back in a couple years with some friends.
It was a guided hunt. None of us have much experience hunting birds, so I found a place that wasn't too expensive. I figure you can't go to South Dakota and not go pheasant hunting.
