Thanks Moosie. I found one of the little buggers on me. I was going to skin the deer tonight. I might wait a little until they give up my deer. It is in the low 40's here so the deer will be ok.

Howdy guys. I have my recent doe tagged deer hanging in the garage and noticed about 50 ticks crawling up her body to the head. Anything I should be worried about other than them getting on me? Advice is always welcome. I have never seen so many on a deer before. Thanks again!!

ELKCHSR, She is cut and in a very deep freeze. Everything seemed ok. I have had some meat and no visits to the emergency room. Thanks for all the help. Great advice. Now I just need a duck huntin buddy

Quick question. I have a cow elk hanging in the garage. The temp is supposed to get up to 40 degrees this week. Should I worry? It has been below 32 degrees at night. BTW, I'm new. So I'll say hi while I'm here.
